Version: [5744] Raisz-style Relief 7.3.0

7.3.0 — Relative mode: draw the form, do not stretch it.
Relative scale (7.2.0) scaled only the final displacement (disp *= k):
the stroke engine -- slopes, width, thresholds, fall-line length,
contour step -- was still computed from the REAL gentle relief. Few
thin strokes were born and then stretched over the inflated height.
The result was a "mess".
Diazotype — from a real scan
The Diazotype paper/ink preset now matches a real diazo-print scan:
warm ochre paper #e9bc8e and a dark plum ink #7a4859 (R>B>G), instead
of the former pale pink and lilac.

The relative mode scales a continuous elevation field. A sharp
two-cell scarp stays a two-cell scarp, just steeper -- a "drawn" cliff
symbol (face, brow, cast shadow) cannot be produced by amplification.
This is a conscious ceiling; steep_weight already localizes the scarps
-- a foundation for the pictographic landform symbols to come.

7.2.9 — True water clipping behind mountains.

7.2.8 — Decoration behind mountains.
Rivers, roads, settlements and area waters were drawn on top of the
relief even where the oblique view should hide them behind a ridge.

7.2.7 — Vector export and a PROJ crash
The process crashed while drawing sheet decoration - fixed.
PDF twice as slow as PNG on identical geometry - fixed.
