Version: [5905] Easting 0.5.0

0.5.0 Recorded easements and rights of way are a document class: the
review dock shows what an easement burdens the land with (type, width,
term, exclusivity, granted rights, servient parcel), verdicts refuse
honestly when an easement's area lives only on a drawing or follows
facilities not yet built, and small easements verify against stated
square footage rather than rounded acreage. All of it exports to
GeoPackage. Composite conveyances place as a group: one click on the
shared commencement point places every tract, ties and all, and that
works across classes (a deed's parcels or an instrument's easement
tracts alike). Settings names the $30 document pack (10 credits, never
expire) beside the free trial for occasional use. A step-by-step user
guide lives at easting.ai/help/.
0.4.2 Free trial at signup (3 documents, card required) and self-serve
key management at easting.ai/account; the settings dialog points at
both. Plugin homepage now links the product page that documents the
workflow.
0.4.1 Qt6 compatibility (scoped enums throughout) and security-scan
compliance for the plugin repository: HTTPS-only transport
enforcement, restructured verdict color tables, an allowlisted
settings path. No functional changes.
0.4.0 PLSS/aliquot parsing with one-click georeferenced placement (BLM
CadNSDI), deed metadata panel (grantor/grantee, recording refs, plat
citations), structured tie courses, and per-call adjoiners; all new
data exports to GeoPackage.
0.3.0 All engine logic moved server-side; verdicts and traverse
geometry now come from the Easting API. Toolbar icon, GPL license
file, and a trimmed review-dock header.
0.2.0 Hosted-only: extraction runs on the Easting API with an
east_live_ key; bring-your-own-key removed.
0.1.0 First MVP: BYOK extraction, review dock, point-of-beginning
placement, GeoPackage export.
