Turn recorded deeds, easements, plats, and as-builts into validated parcel geometry. Easting extracts every boundary call with the source text it came from, recomputes the traverse, and checks closure and stated area before drawing anything. Batch folders, DXF and GeoPackage export, filable certificate.
Easting reads a recorded land document (PDF, TIFF, PNG, or JPEG) or a legal description pasted as plain text, and returns geometry you can defend: every boundary call extracted with the sentence it came from, the traverse recomputed, and closure and stated area checked independently before anything reaches your map. Every result carries a GroundTruth verdict, the verification layer behind all Easting products: PASS (closes and corroborates), REVIEW (flagged for human eyes, with reasons), FAIL (not traversable). It refuses to draw geometry a document never described, and says which case it hit. Four document classes ship today: metes-and-bounds deeds, PLSS/aliquot deeds, recorded easements and rights of way, and recorded plats and utility as-builts. Export a GeoPackage, a DXF, or the one-page GroundTruth Certificate of Digitization. REQUIRES A SERVICE ACCOUNT: extraction runs on the hosted Easting API, so the plugin uploads each document you extract to easting.ai and needs an Easting API key to work. There is no offline mode. You can create an account from the plugin's own Settings dialog in about a minute: three documents are free, no card. The same account works in the browser at app.easting.ai and over the API. See https://easting.ai for keys, pricing, and terms.
