All 0.6.0 features are included: interactive DSS Explorer (graph,
table, statistics, CSV export), catalog browser with C/E/F filters and
automatic merging of D-part date blocks, temporal GeoPackage export
with progress and Cancel, one-click pydsstools installer, QGIS 3.28+
and QGIS 4 support.
