Reads S-57, Inland ENC and S-101 charts with its own ISO 8211 engine and portrays them in an ECDIS-style Chart Viewer with S-100 overlays (S-102 bathymetry, S-104 tides, S-111 currents). It also audits cells against IHO / Inland-ENC standards and cross-checks them against authoritative source data. Runs on QGIS 3.x and 4.x from one code base. IMPORTANT: the audit and validation features are EXPERIMENTAL - treat findings as indicative only, never a substitute for approved ENC validation software.
