- Replace the hardcoded light-only stylesheet with palette-derived
colour tokens so
  the entire dock stays readable under QGIS light, dark and
high-contrast themes.
  The dock now listens for PaletteChange and re-applies the theme
automatically.
- The "Pick up & drag" button is now a large primary action visually
separated from
  the other tool buttons — the true-size drag is the heart of the
plugin.
- Per-tool card accent colours are automatically adjusted for dark and
light themes.

- `dialogs/theme.py` with WCAG contrast-ratio checks, palette-aware
colour tokens,
  per-tool accent colours, and `apply_adaptive_theme()` entry point.
