02H3Forge turns heterogeneous vector and raster data into explainable risk, vulnerability, hazard, susceptibility and land-suitability maps on the Uber H3 hexagonal grid. An analysis is one reproducible model of criteria, groups, weights and constraints, computed in the background with progress and cancel.
1 STUDY AREA: Generate H3 grids (resolutions 6 to 12, native h3 index when installed) for a boundary, layer extent or the map canvas, always in a true-scale metric CRS (local UTM zone, or the nearest TUREF 3 degree zone in Turkiye), with a live cell-count estimate and GeoPackage persistence.
2 CRITERIA: Build a criterion library. Each criterion has a source (vector aggregation of points, lines or polygons; exact raster zonal statistics; distance to features; or an existing field), a value function to 0-100 (linear, robust P2-P98, thresholds, sigmoid, Gaussian optimum or graduated distance rings) with a live curve preview, and a group. Hard constraints are separate rules: distance to features, inside or outside polygons, or attribute rules.
3 WEIGHTS: Single index, Risk = Hazard x Exposure x Vulnerability, or suitability group structures. Coupled weight sliders always sum to 100, with AHP (CR at most 0.10), CRITIC, Shannon entropy and PCA. Each group uses WLC, weighted OWA with an adjustable risk attitude, TOPSIS or VIKOR; groups combine by weighted sum or weighted geometric mean.
4 RESULTS: Five-class maps (equal, quantile or Fisher-Jenks), group sub-indices, local explainability (top driver, top and limiting group), Monte Carlo uncertainty over group and criterion weights, Getis-Ord Gi* hotspots with k-ring neighbourhoods and false-discovery-rate control, Global Moran's I, one-at-a-time weight sensitivity, CSV export and an executive HTML report.
PROCESSING: Grid generation, model execution from a saved model file, flat overlay and hotspot analysis are available for the Graphical Modeler, batch runs and PyQGIS.
