1.0.4 - Fix Vegetation (VARI)* styling: use a fixed (-1, 1) range
instead of a per-image stretch that could compress real vegetation
signal into red under shadowed terrain. Add an experimental "Custom
Vegetation Index (Prototype)" option that reduces false "healthy
vegetation" readings over roads, solar panels and other artificial
flat ground, which the standard index cannot tell apart from real
plants on its own; only shown for Forestry Operations Lite Virtual
Shizuoka Export imports, since results elsewhere were not reliable,
and hidden for any other import source. Make the point cloud
conversion timeout user-configurable (1-180 min, default 10 min)
instead of a fixed 10-minute limit
