Added Directory Picker Integration: Imported QFileDialog and attached
select_input_folder() and select_output_folder() handler methods to
connect both Browse... buttons directly to system file explorer
windows.

Interactive State Management: Implemented toggle_input_mode() and
toggle_output_mode() slot methods to automatically enable/disable
input path fields and Browse... controls based on radio button and
checkbox toggles.

Button Disabled Styling: Added :disabled CSS rules for QPushButton and
QLineEdit controls so greyed-out state visual cues match the custom
Fusion palette.
