Kiểm tra hồ sơ GIS quy hoạch đô thị và nông thôn theo Thông tư 16/2025/TT-BXD (Phụ lục II): cấu trúc hồ sơ, nhóm dữ liệu chuyên đề, lớp dữ liệu, trường thuộc tính, hình học/topology và hệ tọa độ VN-2000.
Inspects GIS data submissions for urban and rural planning in accordance with Circular 16/2025/TT-BXD (Appendix II): dataset structure, thematic data groups, data layers, attribute fields, geometry/topology, and the VN-2000 coordinate system.
How to use the plugin: You can upload one or more .gdb files to check the database structure against Circular 16 of the Ministry of Construction, as well as to check geometry. For any arbitrary .gdb, you only need to enable the geometry check.

Plugin rà soát cơ sở dữ liệu số địa lý (HoSoGIS) của đồ án quy hoạch, đọc dữ liệu từ File Geodatabase (*.gdb): kiểm tra 04 cơ sở dữ liệu chính (NenDiaHinh, HienTrang, QuyHoach, MocGioi), các nhóm dữ liệu chuyên đề, tên và kiểu hình học của lớp dữ liệu, các trường thuộc tính tối thiểu (maThongTinQH, maHoSoQH, maDoiTuong, tenDoiTuong, phanLoai, ghiChu), bộ 10 quy tắc hình học/topology có mã (G00-G03, P01, L02, L04, A01-A03) cho phép phóng tới từng đối tượng lỗi trên bản đồ, và hệ tọa độ VN-2000. Created by Hoa Le. This plugin reviews the geospatial database (HoSoGIS) of a planning project, reading data from a File Geodatabase (*.gdb). It validates the 04 main databases (NenDiaHinh, HienTrang, QuyHoach, MocGioi), the thematic data groups, the names and geometry types of data layers, the minimum required attribute fields (maThongTinQH, maHoSoQH, maDoiTuong, tenDoiTuong, phanLoai, ghiChu), a set of 10 coded geometry/topology rules (G00–G03, P01, L02, L04, A01–A03) that allow zooming to each error feature on the map, and the VN-2000 coordinate system.
