accumulation; unresolved cases now report warnings
* Fixed direct OGR Shapefile export for long or colliding attribute
names, including CHANGE_AFTER and SLOPE_AFTER; field and feature
creation errors are now checked
* Create Constant Slope Lines: fixed lines stopping at the first
barrier when barriers are allowed as temporary destinations

* Fixed false "no CRS" warnings/errors for QGIS-sourced vector inputs
(outlet points, perimeters, etc.) without risking PyProj/PROJ crashes
