* The Browse tab reported progress and errors to a status label on the
Ask tab, where the
reader could not see them. It now reports on the panel itself.
* The area box arrived holding a city name, which a state-filtered
boundary set could not
match. It now starts empty and says what empty means.
0.1.4 - Browse tab search fixes, found by using the panel in QGIS.
* Searching "kerala districts" returned nothing, because boundary sets
are national files
with no state in their name. A place in the query is now read as the
area instead.
* An empty result list said nothing at all; it now explains and
suggests.

* A fresh install now opens on Browse, which works with no model,
rather than on Ask,
