1.4.1 (2026-07-29)
 - Fix: pan-sharpened satellite image (15 m) was saturated to
white/255 on most pixels - the raw panchromatic band (unstretched,
~0-10000) was fused directly with the already-stretched 0-255 RGB
composite, causing the pan/intensity ratio used by the Brovey
algorithm to overflow. The panchromatic band is now stretched to 0-255
(same 2-98th percentile method as the RGB composite) before fusion.

 - New: optional month selection (in addition to the year) to restrict
the Landsat scene search window
 - New: NDSI index re-added on explicit user request (note:
mathematically identical formula to MNDWI)
 - New: simplified rule-based land cover classification
(Water/Built-up/Bare soil/Sparse vegetation/Dense vegetation),
threshold-based on NDVI/MNDWI/NDBI/BSI, categorical symbology
 - New: pan-sharpening option for the satellite image (15 m
resolution), using the Esri Landsat/Pan panchromatic service and GDAL
weighted-Brovey fusion (gdal:pansharp)
