SCS-CN Builder is a QGIS plugin for automated estimation of Curve Number values using the Soil Conservation Service method. It integrates land use/land cover raster data, Hydrologic Soil Group raster data and basin polygons to generate CN2 maps for average antecedent moisture conditions, CN3 maps for high antecedent moisture conditions, basin-level zonal statistics, quality-control summaries and an HTML calculation report. The plugin can use LULC rasters already reclassified to the standard 1-7 scheme or automatically reclassify original CORINE Land Cover codes into the standard 7-class scheme. It can use the embedded default CN lookup table or a user-supplied CN lookup CSV.
