Stricter export geometry validation

Export validation now enforces strict topology and no-holes checks —
rejects self-intersecting geometries, unclosed rings, and holed
polygons across selected export layers, the grid/segmentation layer,
and the AOI/auto-generated grid — instead of relying only on the
coarse isGeosValid() check.
Invalid-feature error messages now cite the real Attribute Table
identifier (previously could be off-by-one for GeoPackage/OGR layers),
and offending features are auto-selected and zoomed to on the map
canvas.
Progress feedback during import/export

Added progress bars and live status text to previously-silent blocking
operations: .amrut archive validation, GeoJSON loading, raster/vector
reprojection, feature-change checks, and the Reconstruct Layer flow on
import; clipping, grid creation, and layer validation on export.
Bug fixes

Fixed a modal dialog bug in the Quality Check comparison panel that
could leave it non-modal and appearing stuck/unclosable.
Other

Updated plugin homepage URL.
Minor button-sizing consistency tweak in the import dialog.
