ROI Brush is a pixel-aware annotation tool for creating and editing polygon ROIs over raster layers. It allows users to paint directly over a raster using circular or square brush shapes aligned to the raster pixel grid. The plugin edits an existing polygon vector layer and supports adding and erasing raster-aligned polygon areas for annotation, labeling, and training-data preparation.
