Version: [6694] Road Network Integration Toolkit 1.0.1 Experimental

Version 1.0.1 makes the Road Network Integration Toolkit compatible
with QGIS 3.28 to 4.99 (Qt5 and Qt6) through a new core/compat.py that
handles all version-specific enums, field types and imports, and
metadata.txt now declares Qt6 support. It fixes packaging, including
the invalid folder name that QGIS rejected, and removes stray files.
It adds a Cancel Run button and run-log reporting of any skipped
items. It also fixes incorrect OSM/MS dataset labelling, reserved
field names (OBJECTID, ogc_fid, geom), unchecked File Geodatabase
output and unreported failures to delete old output files. It speeds
up Methodology 3 and clears the security-scan and enum-checker
findings by replacing silent exception handling with narrow, reported
errors. A 59-test suite runs without QGIS and does not replace a run
in real QGIS.
