- Added assisted CAD/DXF processing and drainage sector delineation.
- Implemented combined selection of topographic divides and drainage
downchutes.
- Added longitudinal, transverse, and combined orientation settings.
- Implemented automatic geometric warning classification through the
`alerta_geom` field (0 = no automatic warning; 1 = geometric warning
detected).
- Added detection of channel gaps and geometric offsets.
- Added preliminary drainage sector visualization and Shapefile
export.
- Improved layer selection and geometric processing diagnostics.

**Validation:** Successfully generated 22 preliminary drainage sectors
from a reference DXF containing 23 transverse elements.

**Important:** Generated sectors are preliminary geometric
approximations and require technical validation before hydrological or
engineering use.
