1.7.7: Support QGIS 3.44 LTR / Qt5 alongside QGIS 4 / Qt6. Fix
shortcut imports, key validation and dock layout persistence. Both
regression scripts and temporary GeoPackage Save/reopen checks pass on
QGIS 3.44.15 and 4.2.2.
