(default 55s) enforced in the plugin, so a long script comes back with
its
output so far and timed_out instead of a client timeout while QGIS
keeps
running (#43). Every execute_code result carries elapsed. Reported by

0.13.0 : create_postgresql_connection gains connection_mode: an
explicit
endpoint with an Authentication Manager config, a pg_service.conf
service
with that config, or the service alone (#37). A refused connection now
returns an error instead of opening the Enter Credentials dialog under
