GeoClick Capture 2.0.1 provides a unified Location Verification Workspace for comparing online search results, institutional gazetteers, existing QGIS features, polygon or line centroids and manual coordinates. Users explicitly select a preferred source after reviewing transparent trust, agreement and recommendation scores; attach local files or URLs with SHA-256 evidence hashes; create a temporary comparison layer; persist the workspace in the QGIS project; import candidate CSV or shareable workspace packages; and export a ZIP verification bundle containing JSON, HTML, CSV tables, a manifest and copied attachments. Version 2.0.1 corrects workspace persistence on QGIS 4 by using the QgsProject entry API. Earlier capabilities include Review Queue, Offline Gazetteer, Match & Verify, Nominatim search, coordinates, map URLs, snapping, sessions, reverse geocoding and CSV, GeoJSON and GeoPackage export. The plugin supports QGIS 3.28+, QGIS 4 / Qt 6 and has no external Python dependencies.
