Version: [5396] Plugin Hub 1.5.0

- New: Search is now collapsible - click the 🔍 icon next to refresh to
show/hide the search field, keeping the header compact when you're not
searching
    - Removed the redundant "Plugin Hub" label inside the panel body
(the dock's own titlebar already shows it)
    - New: Auto-refresh on install/uninstall - Plugin Hub now watches
the plugin folders directly and rescans automatically a moment after
you install or remove a plugin, no manual refresh needed
    - Faster scanning: found and fixed a real performance bug where
every plugin's toolbar lookup was re-scanning the entire QGIS window
from scratch; that lookup is now done once per scan instead of once
per plugin, which is especially noticeable with many plugins installed
    - Refresh button feedback (busy cursor, disabled state) is now
only shown for scans you triggered yourself (button click); background
auto-refreshes update silently so they don't interrupt what you're
doing
    - New: Drag-and-drop reordering for Favourites - drag one
favourite onto another to move it (only enabled when no search or
category filter is active, so the drop position is always unambiguous)
    - New: Manual category override - right-click a plugin → Change
category to reassign it, with a "Reset to auto-detected" option once
overridden
    - New: Archived Plugins section (right-click a plugin to
archive/unarchive), sits above Inactive Plugins, starts collapsed, and
expands/collapses normally by clicking its header
    - Fixed: launching an archived plugin no longer adds it back into
Recently Opened, and archiving a plugin immediately clears it out of
Recently Opened if it was already there
    - Fixed: Favourites previously displayed alphabetically regardless
of the order you added them in; it now respects and remembers your
actual order
    - Minimum supported version raised to QGIS 3.44 LTR; verified
against QGIS 4.x (Qt6/PyQt6)
    - Fixed: Refresh button felt unresponsive on large plugin sets -
it now shows a busy cursor immediately and disables itself for the
duration of the scan so repeated clicks can't queue up overlapping
scans
    - Hardened the uninstall fallback path so it can never resolve or
delete a directory outside the QGIS user plugins folder
    - Simplified Qt5/Qt6 QDockWidgetArea + QAction compatibility shims
(previous code had a redundant no-op except branch)
    - Various small bugfixes and code cleanup after a full pass for
Qt6 API changes
