PlotBridge Mangrove
Create mangrove field plots, extract area-weighted NDVI, and compare shifted plot positions.
Creates 10 x 10 m and 20 x 20 m square plots from projected field coordinates.
Extracts area-weighted mean NDVI and valid-data coverage from a prepared single-band GDAL raster.
Compares original and translated plot positions using user-defined X/Y shifts in metres.
Current restrictions: plot and raster CRS must be EPSG:32752; square plots must be axis-aligned and the raster must be north-up without rotation.
Clouds must be masked before processing. NDVI calculation from satellite bands and mangrove classification are not included.
Results are temporary layers and must be exported for permanent storage.
Requires NumPy and GDAL Python bindings in the QGIS Python environment; see README.md for input requirements and usage.
