Version: [2642] OSM SidewalKreator 1.6.1

- Removed all external dependencies! (it was just shapely, still...)
- Created Processing Provider versions (polygon and bbox input) of the
main workflow
- Create aditional Processing provider algorithm to draw protoblocks,
that can be used for split the urban environment in basic units, and
check the completeness of sidewalk data!
- The GUI is now able to load and dump parameters!
