QGIS 4 / Qt6 compatibility: Updated Qt/PyQGIS usage so the plugin supports both QGIS 3.44+ and QGIS 4.x. Improved Ontario package handling: Added fallback resolution for Ontario packages with missing download URLs, plus problem-tile highlighting, manual URL entry, and the option to continue with unaffected tiles. Overlapping LiDAR acquisitions: When multiple DTM/DSM datasets cover the same AOI, users can now choose which acquisition(s) to use. Different acquisitions are kept separate and generate independent VRTs rather than being mixed. Newer raster formats: Added support for Ontario source data distributed as TIF/TIFF in addition to IMG. Stronger terrain QA / NoData handling: Extreme Float32 sentinel values such as ±3.4e38 are now sanitized at the VRT level and converted to -9999 NoData without modifying the original Ontario rasters. Post-build validation prevents invalid terrain from replacing an existing VRT. Improved raster display: Safe statistics are recalculated after terrain creation so QGIS does not stretch the display using invalid sentinel minima. Security improvements: Removed the XML parser flagged by QGIS Bandit security scanning and replaced it with a limited GDAL-VRT-specific parser, while retaining all previous security fixes.
