- Adapt plugin location search to GeoAdmin search service bugfix:
location searches can now use the bbox parameter and still get
accurate results
- Imitate map.geo.admin.ch result order for addresses by incorporating
weights, house numbers and alphabetical ordering

- Improve the sorting of search results by calculating the result
score more accurately from the supplied weight
- Apply the result limit individually to each category of location
results, increasing the number of results returned across different
categories
- Reduce the overall location result limit from 8 to 6 as a result
- Fix an issue that caused an error when updating the plugin --> The
error will occur one more time while updating to this version
- Add a pre-commit check to scan the code for security issues,
allowing potential issues to be detected before the plugin is uploaded
to the QGIS plugin repository

- Improve location result quality by requesting results ordered by
bounding box, then reorder them alphabetically locally
