Create a layer with grid of tiles from extent and zoom of map canvas

This plugin creates a layer with a grid of tiles from the extent and zoom of the map canvas.
The goal of the plugin is to check an XYZ tile server by showing the tile grid
for the current map canvas extent and zoom level.
The plugin can also be used to download image tiles.
