Add Hong Kong basemaps and datasets, convert coordinates, search places, and compare maps.
Adds a Lands Department imagery, topographic, or vector basemap with optional raster or vector place-name labels. CSDI datasets are added separately, so no second basemap is added. It also converts HK1980 Grid and WGS84 coordinates, shows both coordinate systems under the map cursor, searches for places, and compares layers or groups with Swipe and Split.
