Version 0.2 - Stability, UX and compatibility update

Added:
- Persistent progress bar (progressBar + status label, 2% to 100%)
during processing.
- .gitignore for clean GitHub versioning.

Changed:
- Input layer list shows point layers only
(QgsMapLayerProxyModel.Filter.PointLayer, Qt5/Qt6).
- Dialog stays open during processing (controls disabled, error
popups, empty layer/field validation).
- Support for UTM / projected input layers (auto-reproject to
EPSG:4326, correct WGS84 geodesic distances, multipart handling).
- UTM grouping per (zone, hemisphere) with EPSG:326xx North / 327xx
South.
- Merged buffer attributes mapped explicitly (pivot/LAT_piv/LON_piv to
Name/LAT/LON).
- On input layer change: field, radius, Voronoi option and progress
bar reset.
- metadata.txt: GitHub links krisfadil/GSM-cover-builder, category
Vector.
- Clean QGIS package: 10 files under GSM_Cover_Builder/, forward
slashes, dev-only files excluded.

Fixed:
- Crash on empty locale (fallback en).
- Double signal connections, variable shadowing, QDialogButtonBox
handling (QDialogButtonBox.StandardButton.Ok, Qt5/Qt6).
- QgsCoordinateTransform with transformContext().
- QGIS review: Flake8 F403 (star import removed), Qt6 review 4 issues
fixed (exec via getattr, Filter.PointLayer via getattr,
StandardButton.Ok via getattr, resources.py via qgis.PyQt).
- Compatible Qt5 (QGIS 3.x) + Qt6 (QGIS 3.30+ Qt6 builds / QGIS 4).
