longer be set to editable in Column Config — editing it silently
corrupted row tracking, causing other edits in the same row to be
dropped from GPKG/CSV export without any warning; GPKG layer dropdown
now lists layers in the same order as the Layers panel; Separate
Window mode now shows the plugin's own icon in its title bar instead
of the QGIS application icon; table column headers are now color-coded
to match the existing legend (black = display only, blue = editable,
orange = info), making it easier to tell at a glance which columns can
be edited
