their own backup; GPKG export (non-overwrite) now auto-adds the
exported file as a translucent 20%% comparison layer, inserted
directly below the source GPKG layer in the layer tree, named
"{plan_name}_{timestamp}"; drop unused resources.py (PyQt5-only
scaffold, never imported); remove .flake8 suppression file entirely,
fixing all ~124 line-length violations and a duplicate-dict-key bug in
the translation build scripts (so the QGIS repository scan reports
"Validated" instead of "Validated (configured)")
