GeoServer Manager
Manage a GeoServer from QGIS: workspaces, stores, layers, styles, tile cache and settings.
GeoServer Manager is a QGIS plugin to administer a GeoServer through its REST API. Unlike publishing tools, it also manages what is already on the server.
- Workspaces, datastores, coverage stores and cascaded WMS/WMTS stores: browse, create, edit and delete.
- Layers and layer groups: publish, edit, restyle and preview on a map.
- Styles in SLD, CSS, YSLD or MBStyle: edit them beside their legend.
- Tile cache: configure, seed and truncate.
- Server: contact details, global and service settings, logging.
- Publish a vector or raster layer of the open project, with its symbology.
- Add GeoServer layers to the project as WMS, WFS or WMTS.
- Right-click a layer in the layer tree to publish it, or to push or apply its style.
Keeps several saved connections. The password can stay in the encrypted QGIS authentication database.
Tested with GeoServer 2.28 and 3.0. Built on python-geoservercloud, which it bundles with xmltodict.
