municipalities in the selected prefecture, with municipality labels
and improved default layer visibility.
- Added a road layer for walking and cycling network analysis by
excluding expressways and toll roads while preserving the original
road dataset.
- Fixed N13 road downloads for Okinawa and other regions by checking
the official list of available mesh datasets and skipping unavailable
meshes.
- Improved GSI evacuation site and shelter data retrieval by adding a
nationwide CSV fallback when prefecture specific CSV links cannot be
resolved.
- Improved resilience of facility data processing so that failures in
individual datasets do not prevent other facility layers from being
created.
- Improved population layer ordering and preserved existing data
processing, styling, and attributes.
