0.2.11 - Rebuilt Flow analysis using the time-area method (Clark unit
hydrograph). Added Peak load Qp, Mean load Qm, and Time load Tc
outputs with improved colour scaling and filtering. Rainfall inputs
now stay mutually consistent. Added persistent result export and
improved run switching and layer stacking. Overwrite runs turn
displayed terrain layers off before replacing files and restore the
display afterwards, retrying once if Windows keeps the old output
locked. Fixed a Windows crash on switching analysis runs / toggling
terrain layers, and a plugin-load crash from a stale UI base class.
The design storm's post-peak interval now uses a 1 mm/h floor instead
of dropping to zero before the stated duration ends
(volume-compensated; minor Peak load effect). Help documentation
updated.
