0.2.10 - Switching the analysis run selector now preserves the current
terrain layer display state (which layers are shown and which
file/variant each is on) instead of resetting it, so different runs
can be compared under the same display conditions. Added an in-panel
scipy setup guide (Data Setup tab, shown only when scipy is missing)
covering what it enables (Flow Buffer / DEM resampling / SHC) and how
to install it safely; help doc (FOL.html) is now bilingual (English
default, EN/JP switch) and documents the same guidance. Corrected the
guide: scipy is bundled with QGIS on Windows (standard installer) but
not on Linux -- install steps now use apt on Linux and
python-qgis-ltr.bat on Windows instead of the unreliable
sys.executable path (QGIS Windows bug: it resolves to qgis-bin.exe,
not python.exe); README updated to match
