Fixes the security scan findings that blocked 0.1.0: the plugin no
longer uses urllib's urlopen (all downloads go through the QGIS
network manager) and a failed style save is now logged instead of
silently ignored. Qt6 / QGIS 4 ready enum and field type names, while
QGIS 3.22+ stays supported. The help text gives the exact NASA POWER
grid sizes (meteorology 0.5 x 0.625 deg, radiation 1 x 1 deg).
