Import D-Flight UAS Geo Zones

This experimental plugin converts the JSON file produced by the D-Flight portal into a GeoPackage.
Steps to follow
PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS:
-obtain the json.gz file from your D-Flight account on D-Flight web application
-unzip the json.gz file into any folder
THAN
1) Launch the plugin and navigate to the folder containing the JSON file
2) Choose where to save the converted file
3) The plug-in will apply the QML style associated with the plugin (styles folder)
NOTE: A log is generated for geometries that cannot be imported
PAY ATTENTION: At the time of the plugin's release, the JSON file seems does not include military areas.
