Version: [6324] Copy Vector as GeoJSON 0.0.1

Version 0.0.1 provides Copy as GeoJSON and Copy BBOX commands in the
QGIS Layers-panel context menu, automatically using selected features
when present and the complete layer otherwise. It also includes a
Processing Toolbox algorithm with configurable CRS, coordinate
precision, formatting and attribute export. This release adds QGIS
3.22 through QGIS 4.x and Qt5/Qt6 compatibility, scoped-enum handling,
safer feature-conversion error reporting, complete repository
metadata, a clean Python package structure, automated security and
quality checks, and a verified installable release ZIP.
