Loads the Costa Rican cadastre WMS layers (SIRI / Registro Inmobiliario) in one click -no manual connection setup- and identifies each parcel by clicking on the map, saving it with ALL its attributes into a temporary layer. / Carga las capas WMS del catastro del SIRI de un solo clic y consulta cada predio haciendo clic en el mapa.
Costa Rica only. This plugin adds a toolbar with two buttons. "Cargar capas" (Load layers) adds the cadastre WMS layers published by the Registro Inmobiliario through the national spatial data infrastructure (SNIT) straight into the project -Zona 1, Zona 2 and public roads- without going through the Data Source Manager, and it can also add any other WMS by pasting its URL: the plugin reads the GetCapabilities, lists the layers and lets you pick them. "Consultar predio" (Identify parcel) turns on a map tool: every click runs a GetFeatureInfo against the loaded layers, shows a summary of the parcel found, and saves it -geometry reprojected from the WMS layer CRS to the project CRS, plus every single attribute the server returned, unfiltered- into a temporary memory layer, along with five provenance fields (source layer, QGIS user, timestamp and click coordinates). Written to support forest project registration (RPF) at SINAC. EXTERNAL DEPENDENCY: it needs an internet connection and queries a third-party public service (siri.snitcr.go.cr, Registro Nacional de Costa Rica) that is not affiliated with this project; that service is often slow or intermittent, so the plugin retries before giving up. No other external dependency: it uses only PyQGIS and the Python standard library. ESPANOL: agrega una barra con dos botones. "Cargar capas" agrega al proyecto las capas WMS del catastro del SIRI sin pasar por el Administrador de fuentes de datos, y permite agregar cualquier otro WMS pegando su URL. "Consultar predio" guarda cada predio consultado con todos los campos del servidor integros en una capa temporal. Requiere conexion a internet.
