keeps native samples + nodata) plus a low-data-coverage warning;
single-band WMS coverages keep their nodata instead of gaining a
spurious alpha band.
1.12.0–1.12.1 — Progress bar now advances through the mosaic/warp (no
more frozen 100%); dialog tidied — condensed one-line extent selector
and a shorter "Source layer:" label.
1.13.0 — ArcGIS source now handles ImageServer services (e.g. GIS
Steiermark 20 cm orthophoto) via exportImage, not just MapServer.
