Field Remarks Table
Complementary attribute table with field-remark packs, batch editing, quick naming from symbology, and KMZ export
Field Remarks Table is a complementary attribute editor for vector layers. It does not replace QGIS built-in Attribute Table (F6) and does not intercept the default table shortcut.
Unique features compared with the built-in table and other attribute-table plugins:
- Field-remark packs: alias names, hover notes, and insert meanings stored per named pack (shared across projects, not bound to one .qgz file)
- Pack variables such as {{title}} resolved when inserting values
- Quick naming from categorized or rule-based symbology
- Batch fill: constants, padded sequences, expressions, find/replace, fill blanks only
- Copy a filtered column and paste values back by feature id
- KMZ export with optional layer symbology colors
- Field manager, unique-value statistics, CSV export
How to use:
1. Select a vector layer in the Layers panel.
2. Click the toolbar button, choose Vector > Field Remarks Table, or right-click the layer.
3. Edit in the plugin window. Save and rollback use the layer edit buffer.
Requirements: QGIS 3.34 or later. No extra Python packages. Works on Windows, Linux, and macOS.
The current user interface is Simplified Chinese; metadata and this About text are English.
This plugin does not include binaries and has no external Python dependencies.
