Identifies white zones (poorly connected areas) based on a connectivity score calculated per municipality
Zone Blanche Finder loads a CSV file of transmitter or antenna points,
counts them per municipality, then calculates a connectivity score combining
coverage rate and point density per inhabitant. The result is displayed with
a graduated red-to-green symbology highlighting the least connected areas
(white zones). Useful for digital territorial planning, mobile coverage
analysis, or any territorial connectivity diagnosis.
