Generate vector layers of various shapes (circle, sector, sword, etc.) from an Excel table containing longitude, latitude, azimuth and size fields, without any fixed template. Export layers to SHP, TAB, KML and KMZ. Run containment queries to find which small layers are located inside a boundary layer, based on start-point coordinates or area percentage.
