- Fixed the "High" smoothing level: its 13x13 gaussian kernel had 155
coefficients instead of 169, so GDAL rejected the filter. Only that
level was affected; the others worked normally.
- The "High" level now smooths noticeably more than "Medium". Both
previously used the same standard deviation and produced nearly
identical results.
- Fixed Qt6 compatibility: four enums were accessed without their type
scope (QgsProcessingAlgorithm.Flag, QgsProcessingParameterNumber.Type,
QgsPalLayerSettings.Placement and
QgsPalLayerSettings.LinePlacementFlags). Qt6 made enums scoped and
those accesses failed; the scoped form also works on Qt5.

- The hillshade overlay now uses the original unsmoothed DEM.
