- Features matched by a user-chosen key field, with an immediate
uniqueness and completeness check
- Plain-English descriptions of attribute changes, additions and

- Multi-value fields compared as sets, so reordering a list of codes
is not reported as a change
- Geometry changes measured with the project ellipsoid: area for
polygons, length for lines, distance moved for points
- Numeric tolerance and optional case-insensitive comparison
- Outputs: report table, colour-coded change layer, CSV export and
HTML summary
