Import .bln files into vector layer
This plugin opens a .bln file into a Polygon and Polylines Vector Layer. It sets 3 attributes: Number of polyline/polygon indexed in same order as .bln, the name of the polygon/polyline (if set in bln file as the optional primary ID) and the blanking mask.
