- New Handbook Studio: add a data source by generating its
handbook with AI (OpenAI with web search, or GIBD) or writing it
manually; the AI can test the code example with a small sample
download, fix failures and refine the handbook on request.

as cards, with details, download and delete; API keys moved to their
own tab.
- API keys follow the GIS Co-Scientist convention (named
credentials read from environment variables); a data source can have
several keys.
