Release notes — v2.2.0

Added a live mouse-cursor overlay in the webview: as you move the
mouse over the QGIS map canvas, a small crosshair appears on the
embedded map showing where that position corresponds to. It's computed
with standard web-mercator math against the map's current center and
zoom, so accuracy holds as long as the embedded map still matches what
QuickMapLink last set — panning or zooming the embedded map directly
will cause it to drift until the next refresh (e.g. the next
live-follow update).
