## [4.6.0] - 2026-07-10 Seismic Risk: Monte Carlo building-collapse and debris-spread screening (64 algorithms, 19 groups). ### Added - **Seismic Collapse and Debris Spread** (new Seismic Risk group) - screening-quality Monte Carlo model for earthquake-induced building collapse: per-building collapse probability from construction year and event moment magnitude (Mw), a seeded random draw so a scenario is exactly reproducible (or re-rollable by changing the seed), debris spread radius and volume for collapsed buildings, the resulting network blockage, and the remaining open evacuation corridors. - Pure-NumPy `engine.seismic` module (`base_probability`, `magnitude_factor`, `collapse_probability`, `simulate_collapse`, `debris_extent`) - vectorized and unit-testable without a QGIS session. ### Fixed - **Generate Demo City**: green-space blocks no longer receive building footprints (the block-fill loop placed a 2x2 grid of buildings in every block regardless of land use). Buildings, DSM and demand-point counts adjusted accordingly. ### Tested - 397 engine unit checks and 324 real-QGIS e2e assertions on QGIS 3 LTR and QGIS 4.
