### Added
- **Trip Generation** (new Travel Demand group) - calculates zone
production and attraction trip rates from population and jobs.
- **Gravity Distribution** (Travel Demand group) - computes doubly
constrained zone-to-zone flow balancing (Furness/IPF) with exponential
or power deterrence over street network costs.
- **Mode Split** (Travel Demand group) - splits OD flows into multiple
mode shares and flows using a multinomial logit model.
- Pure-NumPy `engine/demand.py` with trip generation, Furness gravity
balancing, and logit mode split calculations.

### Tested
- 384 engine unit checks and 310 real-QGIS e2e assertions on QGIS 3
LTR and QGIS 4.
