- Security and packaging hardening: resolved every remaining Bandit
warning in
  the source code and removed the local scan-skip file, so the local
security
  scan and the QGIS Plugin Hub scan now match with no configuration
divergence.
- Replaced `try/except/pass` blocks with `contextlib.suppress`,
swapped the
  tree-scatter random generator for a self-contained deterministic
PRNG (keeping
  the "same area produces the same city" guarantee), and now open the
exported
  data folder via the cross-platform Qt desktop service instead of a
  Windows-only shell call.
